Full details:	Just Retirement specialise in retirement solutions & have now provided equity release products for over 4 years. Their Roll Up lifetime mortgage allows you to take a lower initial loan & have access to a reserve facility available for you to call on in the future, as & when you need it. You can borrow from the reserve facility at any time without further approval & subject to a minimum of £2,000. The interest rate on the initial cash withdrawal is fixed, however any subsequent withdrawals will be at the rate applicable at that time. Plans start at age 60 & there is a minimum property value of £70,000 with a £10,000 minimum withdrawal limit. In exceptional circumstances, the drawdown facility could be withdrawn.
