When it comes to explaining the fees associated with setting up an Equity Release plan, we can provide cost effective fee options, depending on your route to market. The initial consultation is always FREE & you are under no obligation to proceed. Equity Release Supermarket gives you the choice of advice; this can be arranged during a face-to-face meeting or consultation over the telephone, whichever suits you best. The options are as follows: - Face-To-Face Advice - with this option we provide advice as part of a no obligation appointment in the comfort of your own home. This will involve a discussion of your requirements, assessment of your situation & then our adviser can provide recommendations on the scheme most suitable for you. The costs associated in providing this service involves an advice fee which is payable in accordance with our Initial Disclosure Document (IDD). See later in this section. Telephone Advice - this route to market would provide the same level of service as face-to-face. However, as a result of the lower costs involved in providing this service, we can therefore offer reduced costs in your fees. To ascertain these market leading rates please contact the team on 0800 783 9652. (These rates are a comparison to other equity release companies, who can charge anywhere between £349 & even upto 2.5% of the release).
